October Highlights
Every month, Nice, France features various special events and attractions which are greatly enjoyed by both tourists and city locals. This month of October, here are some of the events lined up in Nice.
Fourres de Rire Comedy Festival
The Fourres de Rire Comedy Festival, held at Nice’s Francis Gag Theatre, presents established comics from the region. New talents are most welcome and you might even see a future star among the novice opening acts featured in the shows.
Festival International de Musique Militaire (International Festival of Military Music)
Nice’s annual Festival International de Musique Militaire features a series of free concerts by dapper military bands dressed in crisp white, red or blue uniforms. The event traditionally opens with the Trooping of the Colour at La Place Massena.
Fête patronale de la Ville de Nice Sainte Réparate (Old-Nice)
A colourful traditional Niçois festival that takes place in the streets of Vieux Nice
Halloween celebrations around the city.
